What are the responsibilities and job description for the SEASONAL EVENT SERVICE TEAM position at HELLS CANYON GRAND HOTEL, Ascend Hotel Collection?
HELLS CANYON GRAND HOTEL, Ascend Hotel Collection, is seeking exceptional and professional SEASONAL & HOLIDAY EVENT SERVERS, BARTENDERS, & SET/STRIKE TEAM to be responsible for all aspects of setting up and serving food & beverages for catered events for college and high school sports teams, locally held conventions, holiday parties, weddings, galas, and other special occasions both and on and off property within our Banquets & Catering team.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment with other servers, bartenders, bussers, cooks, and other staff. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired!
SEASONAL & HOLIDAY EVENT SERVERS & BARTENDERS STARTING WAGE IS $5.50-$7.50 AN HOUR PLUS SHARES OF THE CATERING GRATUITY / TIP POOL - total per hour wages typically are $15-$20 per hour and up this time of year
SEASONAL & HOLIDAY EVENT SET/STRIKE STARTING WAGE IS $13-$14 AN HOUR PLUS SHARES OF THE CATERING GRATUITY / TIP POOL - total per hour wages typically are also $15-$20 per hour and up this time of year.

EVENT SERVERS, BARTENDERS, & SET/STRIKE TEAM REQUIREMENTS:
***Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, staying on your feet, climbing stairs, carrying pans of food, trays of plates, etc.***
***Seasonal Event Bartenders must be at least age 19 to meet age requirements for serving adult beverages***
