Daily tasks include:Responding to emails and phone callsAssisting with travel bookings and cruise reservationsResolving client concerns promptly and professionallyEnsuring complete customer satisfaction from start to finishSupporting payment processing, invoicing, and budgeting coordinationQualificationsStrong Client Services and Customer Support skillsExcellent communication and organization abilitiesBasic understanding of finance processes (invoices, payments, etc.)Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple clientsDetail-oriented and proactive problem solverExperience in travel or hospitality is a plus
