- Develop and execute a best-in-class advertising technology strategy, optimizing our marketing investments and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing product team (6-7 people directly), fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
- Drive the implementation of a new advertising attribution mechanism and spearhead automation of search advertising by year-end
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data science, engineering, and executive leadership, to enhance our ad tech stack and measurement capabilities
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine ad strategies, improve campaign performance, and enhance marketing automation capabilities
