You will…
- Strategic Market Prioritization & Collaboration: Work closely with the Data Analytics team and Marketing Leadership to analyze market data, identify, and prioritize key areas for investment, ensuring activation efforts align with broader strategic goals.
- Boost Brand Awareness Locally: Lead the strategic and tactical execution of market-specific programs (e.g., events, partnerships, samplings) to significantly drive HelloFresh-US brand awareness and consideration within key hyperlocal communities.
- Cross-Functional Strategy & Delivery: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Brand Strategy, PR, Creative) and external agencies to support the planning process—from initial consumer insight generation to flawless campaign delivery—for both national and city-specific initiatives.
- Drive Customer Engagement & Retention: Be the key implementer for specialized activities and pilot programs (e.g., challenges, raffles, gifting) directed at active customers to directly enhance their experience, build community, and improve long-term retention rates, in close collaboration with our Retention Sr Manager.
- Measure Impact & Report Learnings: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and rigorously track, analyze, and report on the results of all local activations, measuring the impact on brand lift and customer retention metrics to inform future strategies.
- Experience: 7 years in a fast-paced environment with a direct connection to marketing or events, and a proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous local initiatives.
- Bias for Action & Detail Orientation: You have a high drive to "get things done." You possess a meticulous attention to detail and are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves to execute innovative, high-quality activations and events.
- Exceptional Project Management & Collaboration: Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end. You excel at collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams and know how to effectively leverage agencies, providing clear briefings and feedback for excellent output.
- Customer-Centric & Insight-Driven: A strong understanding of the customer journey; you know how to start from a consumer insight to develop a relevant and effective campaign and approach problems with empathy to drive a better customer experience.
