$210,000—$250,000 USD
Colorado Pay Range
$200,000—$240,000 USD

You will
- Own the Product Vision: Define and champion the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your domain, ensuring a Long-Term Orientation that builds a scalable and sustainable organization for tomorrow.
- Team Development: Recruit, manage, coach, and develop a talented team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and the Learning Never Stops mindset.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Establish shared vision and build consensus across the company, collaborating effectively with executive leadership and functional partners (Engineering, Design, Operations) to secure alignment on strategies and priorities.

- 7 years of experience in Product Management, with a minimum of 3 years in a people management or Associate Director/Director-level capacity.
- Essential Experience: Proven track record of owning end-to-end processes and driving business outcomes (not just feature delivery) in a domain with complex physical or supply chain operations (e.g., food tech, e-commerce fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics).
- Demonstrated experience in leading significant organizational or process change and driving tool adoption among diverse user groups (e.g., Operations, Culinary, or Customer Service).
- Demonstrable experience defining, gaining cross-functional alignment on, and rigorously measuring key business and product KPIs to drive accountability and results.
- Exceptional ability to lead through influence and consensus-building, demonstrating mastery of clear and influential communication across technical and non-technical teams, including other Product leadership.
- Strong analytical foundation, capable of translating complex data into actionable product insights and strategic direction.
