Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Remote – Maryland Licensed Only)

📍 Location: Fully Remote (Must hold active Maryland license)
🕒 Schedule: Part-Time | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability a plus

We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Social Work Clinicians who are passionate about supporting youth and families through a systems-oriented, strengths-based approach—while maintaining the flexibility to balance life outside of work.

💰 Compensation

• $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C (independently licensed)
• $45 per billable hour — LMSW (clinical supervision provided)
• Target caseload: 15–22 sessions per week

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, family, and caregiver-focused therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop strengths-based treatment plans
• Support youth and families using trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care team members to ensure coordinated services
• Assist with care coordination, resource linkage, and family education
• Complete timely, compliant documentation in our EHR

✅ Qualifications

• Active Maryland license: LCSW-C or LMSW strongly preferred (LGPC/LCPC also considered)
• Commitment to social work values, including equity, advocacy, and client-centered care
• Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and family systems
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
