[LA] Experiential Design Intern

Location: 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 (hello82 HQ)
Work Hours: 9:30A - 6:30P
- SOME WEEKENDS REQUIRED
- Work with Fan Space / Retail Operations team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in our Los Angeles Fan Space.
- Assist Experiential Designer in ideation and execution of installs.
- Organize assets for print in Adobe Suite and Procreate.
- Assist in planning and gathering necessary supplies for pop-up installations and production shoots.
- Prepare materials for fabrication, including drawing, painting, and sculpting.
- Perform assembly and installation tasks.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure production.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and ongoing projects.
- Event tasks including customer service, greeting.
- A genuine interest in Kpop music and content
- Experience in print design, film art departments, or visual merchandising.
- Efficiency in Blender, Zbrush or 3D Modeling is preferred but not necessary.
- High school diploma or higher
- Experience working with Excel and/or Google Suites
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
- 1 Years of Experience in Retail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Valid California Drivers License and Ability to drive U-Haul and Standard Trucks
- Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
- Ability to respectfully and efficiently work with a team of 10 to create a welcoming and exciting environment for K-pop fans
