Responsibilities

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in California, willing to learn new techniques.
• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor.
• A professional appearance at all times.
• Capability to do all types of body waxing; male and female.
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Manage retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance client results and support business growth.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages client loyalty and positive reviews.
  

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in body waxing, skincare treatments or similar procedures.
• Strong skills in retail sales to promote skincare products confidently.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices in a professional beauty environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
