We are looking for an experienced Pest Control Technician to service Westchester County and surrounding areas.
This is an opportunity for someone who can confidently handle the day-to-day work in the field, troubleshoot difficult pest issues, provide an excellent customer experience, and help set the standard for other technicians on the team.
We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to complete stops and go home.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform residential and commercial pest control services throughout the Westchester area
- Inspect properties, identify pest activity, and determine the appropriate treatment strategy
- Handle more advanced pest issues including rodents, insects, exclusion work, and recurring pest activity
- Troubleshoot difficult accounts and recommend long-term solutions
- Communicate professionally with customers about findings, treatments, and preventative recommendations
- Maintain accurate service documentation and treatment records
- Identify additional pest control or exclusion needs when appropriate
- Maintain your company vehicle, equipment, and materials professionally
- Help support and mentor other technicians when needed
- Lead by example when it comes to service quality, safety, communication, and accountability
What We’re Looking For
We’re especially interested in technicians who already understand the pest control industry and are ready for their next opportunity.
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 1 years of professional pest control experience
- Strong knowledge of general pest control practices
- Experience working with rodents, insects, baiting, trapping, and/or exclusion
- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional appearance and attitude
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Comfort using a company iPhone for service documentation
- A team-first attitude and willingness to help others succeed
New York pesticide licensing/certification is a plus.
