About The Role
Hello Patient is hiring our first Growth Marketing and Events Manager to build scalable, compounding growth from zero to one.
We build AI-powered voice, SMS, and chat agents that healthcare practices rely on every day — and this role is about how the right customers discover us, trust us, and enter our pipeline at scale. You’ll drive durable channels like SEO and distribution, run fast experiments with clear outcomes, and turn early wins into repeatable growth loops.
A meaningful part of this role is owning conferences and events that drive pipeline. You’ll run event execution end-to-end — building the plan and timelines, coordinating vendors, managing booth setup and materials (including swag/shipping), ensuring lead capture runs smoothly, and being on-site at key events to run execution in real time so we show up professionally and generate results. You’ll also help turn event learnings into our broader growth strategy. Travel is expected (approximately 50%), depending on the event calendar.

What You'll Do
Build Scalable Demand & Pipeline
- Launch scrappy, high-velocity growth experiments across SEO, backlinks, distribution, partnerships, and emerging channels
- Own organic acquisition end-to-end, including SEO strategy, content experimentation, and search visibility
- Find and test non-obvious distribution channels where healthcare operators already spend time (niche communities, sponsorships, social experiments, etc.)
- Turn early traction into repeatable, compounding growth loops that consistently generate pipeline
- Identify inefficient or underexplored growth opportunities and move quickly from idea → test → learn
- Run multiple experiments in parallel with clear hypotheses and success metrics
- Ruthlessly prioritize what’s working and shut down what’s not
- Build simple, lightweight reporting to track what’s driving pipeline and what isn’t
- Work directly with Sales to improve pipeline quality, targeting, and conversion
- Sharpen ICP, messaging, and channel strategy using real customer and pipeline feedback
- Help define how prospects move from first touch to qualified opportunity
- Plan and execute Hello Patient’s conference and field marketing presence
- Own event logistics end-to-end: registrations, vendors, shipping, swag, lead capture, and on-site setup
- Partner with Design and Sales to ensure booths, demos, and collateral are executed cleanly
- Be on-site at key events to support demos and manage details in real time
- Track event impact and feed learnings back into our broader growth strategy
Must have
- 2 years of hands-on growth or marketing experience in a startup or agency
- Strong experience with SEO, paid socials, organic growth, or distribution-led experimentation
- Familiar with modern growth tools (e.g., HubSpot, Webflow, SEO platforms, and automation tools)
- Willingness to travel (~50%) for conferences and events as needed
- Builder mentality — you like shipping, testing, and iterating more than planning
- Comfort experimenting with small-budget paid social tests (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta) to validate messaging and channels
- Experience with field marketing, events and/or conferences
- Prior experience in B2B healthtech or marketing to healthcare providers
- Familiarity with emerging “AI search” or LLM discovery behavior
