We're hiring a licensed clinical psychologist, and we want to lead with the part most job posts bury.
Most of our clinicians work four days a week.

You earn 50% of the revenue your caseload generates, with transparent billing so you can see exactly how that math works. Estimated annual earnings run $80,000 to $105,000. Hybrid, based in Mt. Auburn. Mostly individual adult therapy.
Health insurance with a $300 monthly contribution, dental, vision, a 3% retirement match, $500 a year for continuing education, quarterly and anniversary bonuses, and a team retreat.
