Responsibilities

• Manage the long lines outside at the Hello Kitty Cafe
• Greet guests promptly with a friendly, energetic demeanor to foster a welcoming environment
• Manage guest check-in
• Handle reservation management
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about the cafe menu and the afternoon tea
• Maintain smooth flow of guest traffic by coordinating wait times and managing waiting lists using our QR code system
• Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the greeting area and waiting zones

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations
• Must be able to stand outside for long periods of time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
