Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Lead your shift to deliver exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and support servers, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Guest Relations: Handle guest concerns or feedback with professionalism and care.
• Quality Control: Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and adherence to restaurant standards.
• Team Development: Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and shift reports.
• Team Support: Jump in to help wherever needed, emphasizing the importance of teamwork.

Requirements

• Prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
• A passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to build and lead a strong, cohesive team.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and guests.
• Organized, efficient, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure.

Schedule

Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.
