If you like more hands-on, engaging work, and enjoy interacting with people, then this job will be perfect for you. No experience required, but I'm looking for candidates who are efficient, thorough, adaptable, and friendly.

Pay

After short training, our guys on average make about $25/hr. But even with further training, you can expect to average closer to $27-$30/hr doing the same work with bonuses and incentives.

What to Expect

You won’t feel stressed or left wondering what to do — I keep communication clear and direct, so you’ll always know what’s expected. My goal as the owner is to make sure I make your job is enjoyable and as easy as possible for you. Any issues you find, it'll get fixed very quickly.

This is a very small company! In the beginning you’ll be working directly alongside me, the owner, which means you’ll learn valuable skills and get real hands-on experience. It’s a supportive, flexible, and growth-focused environment where you’re set up to succeed. I want you to feel very comfortable with the job.

You will be responsible to learn and begin to deep clean residential and commercial carpets, upholstery, and tile floors using proper equipment and procedures. This will include basic tasks like vacuuming, spray application, and scrubbing. You'll learn how to operate a truck-mounted cleaning system.

All training will be included.

Duties

- Maintain thorough communication with customers before, during, and after the job.
- Perform carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents.
- Conduct custodial tasks related to carpet care.
- Utilize and carry heavy machinery with ease (large 80 lb machines need to be lifted up and down stairs)
- Adhere to environmental services protocols.
- Implement floor care procedures to ensure cleanliness.
- Drive a company van safely and responsibly.

Qualifications
- No experience necessary

- Active Drivers License needed.

- Physically capable. You will be required to lift equipment that is over 70 pounds up and down staircases safely without damaging equipment or property.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.

- Sales experience or customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $35.00 per hour

Application Question(s):

• Our carpet cleaning system requires you to drive a large van (Ford Econoline). Will you feel comfortable driving that?
• We have one particular heavy equipment that is 150 lbs. Occasionally you will need to carry it up and down staircases safely. Will you be able to handle that?
