• Welcome customers with a smile and help them find the car wash service or membership that’s right for them.

• Know your stuff! Learn our services, technology, and membership options so you can confidently answer questions.

• ️ Help customers at kiosks and vacuum stations.

• Keep things running smoothly by helping with basic preventative maintenance.

• ✨ Keep it sparkling! Help maintain our tunnel, grounds, restrooms, lounge, and team areas.

• ⚡ Bring a sense of urgency—because when customers need help, we’re ready to jump in!

• Support your teammates and managers wherever you’re needed.

• ❤️ Most importantly, create an awesome experience for every customer.

You don’t have to be a car wash expert—we can teach you that! We’re looking for someone who is:

• High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of customer service experience preferred, Strong communication and problem-solving skills, Comfortable using computers and CRM software, Patience and a positive attitude toward customers
