Role Summary:
The Order Picker may perform a variety of order fulfillment duties, including, but not limited to selecting and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and replenishing stock in our Fulfillment Warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Order Picker:
- Read/scan labels to determine location, product descriptions, and quantities required to satisfy customer orders
- Pull accurate quantities of products from warehouse racks and pack in boxes for shipment
- Replenisher
- Handling requests for product shortages and replenishing stock
- Use barcode scanner to scan and signal empty bin locations in warehouse racks
- Inventory cycle counting
- Quality Control
- Verify contents and perform final inspection of customer orders
- Identify and resolve quality issues with co-workers and supervisors prior the packing
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Experience with WMS and RF scanners, preferably voice activated pick systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Works well as a member of a team
- Must be willing and able to work overtime
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Assists in physical inventories, as needed
