Job Title: Special Education Paraprofessional
Location: Middle River, MD
Hours: Monday – Friday | 4 PM – 8 PM, with a Saturday Morning Session
Pay: $23.50 – $29.00 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to early learners with autism in home or community settings.
- Teach essential daily living, communication, and social skills through engaging, play-based ABA techniques.
- Collect and record data during sessions to measure progress and inform individualized treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to support skill development in natural environments.
- Partner closely with your supervising BCBA and clinical team to implement individualized behavior plans.
Who You Are
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with children - experience with autism or as a Special Education Paraprofessional is a plus.
- Able to complete the 40-hour RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance required.
- Strong communicator with patience, adaptability, and professionalism.
- Passionate about making a positive impact in children’s lives.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed during sessions.
