What You’ll Do
- Lead functional behavior assessments and treatment planning as a BCBA
- Incorporate ACT-informed, values-based strategies into your work as a BCBA
- Develop engaging, play-based programming using NET
- Supervise and mentor RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards as a BCBA
- Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams
- Track progress through data and meaningful quality-of-life outcomes
- BCBA certification
- Maryland licensure or eligibility for a BCBA
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills expected of a BCBA
- Manageable caseloads that allow each BCBA to provide thoughtful care
- A supportive, collaborative team that values every BCBA’s input
- A clinical approach that blends ABA with ACT and values-based strategies
- Flexibility in scheduling and hybrid work options for BCBAs
