Behavior Specialist (BT) Responsibilities:

• Implement evidence-based ABA techniques to support children with autism in home and community settings.
• Teach essential life and social skills to promote meaningful growth.
• Collect session data, track progress, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs.
• Contribute to team meetings and trainings to enhance your skills.
• Communicate effectively with families and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  
  
  

Behavior Specialist (BT) Skills and Qualifications:

• A compassionate, adaptable team player with strong communication and listening skills.
• Previous experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities, is a plus.
• Able to complete RBT training and pass certification within 45 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
