Hellman Builders & Maintenance is looking for a dependable Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. We are not a production builder. We handle the jobs other companies don’t want, including repairs, structural work, remodeling, commercial maintenance, factory maintenance, emergency repairs, and specialty projects.
If you like variety, solving problems, and working with a crew that takes pride in quality work, this position may be a good fit.
Pay: $25-$30 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities: General carpentry and construction work Demolition and site preparation Drywall installation and repairs Framing and structural repairs Door and window installation Siding, soffit, fascia, and trim work Commercial and factory maintenance projects Loading, unloading, and handling materials Operating hand and power tools safely Maintaining a clean and organized job site
Requirements: Construction experience preferred Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor daily Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual
