You will gain exposure to recruiting activities, including scheduling, references checks, sourcing top talent, posting jobs, and revising job descriptions.
Essential Functions:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities, including posting requisitions, coordinating, and scheduling high-volume interviews (phone, video, or onsite interviews)
- Update and manage candidate information and interview status in Ceridian Dayforce, our applicant tracking system
- Support process improvements and projects for Talent Acquisition and across HR
- Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites
- Provide research support to the recruitment team, including market or salary data
- Assist the talent acquisition team with new hire orientation
- Assist with processing temp to perms, promotions, and transfers.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability to multitask, be flexible, and adapt to changing requirements/deadlines/situations.
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record, along with adequate automobile insurance.
