Are you great at making first impressions? Our Business Development Center is seeking a qualified candidate who is responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.
The BDC Rep will respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email and text; place outbound follow up sales and service department calls; update and maintain customer records; assist our sales staff with customer follow up; and greet and direct visiting customers in a warm, professional manner. Other major job duties include photographing vehicles in our indoor photo studio, and maintaining and updating the dealership website.
The sales department at Heller Motors is a fast-paced environment. The qualified candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time, while providing the outstanding customer service our guests deserve.
FAMILY FRIENDLY HOURS. 40 hour work week, with one 11 am- 8pm shift per week, and every 3rd Saturday off. No Sundays! Schedule is somewhat flexible.

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred
- CRM software and online chat software experience is a plus
