Job Summary
Heller Healthcare is seeking a positive, energetic team member to join our growing wellness clinic. This role focuses on helping patients move smoothly through their appointments and assisting with advanced therapies such as red light therapy treatments.
An ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of communication skills, public speaking, comfortable with working with hands on treatments, along with excellent patient service skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient flow throughout the clinic
- Help patients get set up for red light therapy treatments
- Support the chiropractic team during busy clinic hours
- Help maintain a welcoming, positive environment for patients
- Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Educate patients on their treatment plans and ensure that they are scheduled appropriately.
Qualifications
- Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to learn new therapies and procedures
- Dependable and detail oriented
- Comfortable working with technology and wellness equipment
