Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting key attributes and benefits.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups with leads (including a lot of multi-tasking).
- Work well with your Sales Managers to ensure a seamless buying process with no hassles for the customer.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with sales management tools and techniques is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of the car buying process and how to simplify the experience for the customer, while working through challenges that might arise before, during and after the sale.
