We are a custom home builder seeking a skilled and dependable General Field Technician to assist with maintenance, warranty work, and renovations on the custom homes we build. Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and minor renovations on completed custom homes
- Handle punch-list and warranty items (drywall touch-ups, trim, paint, hardware, minor carpentry, etc.)
- Coordinate with project managers and homeowners as needed
- Diagnose issues and recommend repair solutions
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Occasionally assist on active construction projects
Requirements:
- Experience in residential construction, maintenance, or handyman work
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor (homeowner-facing role)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred (but not required):
- 1–3 years of field service, maintenance, or technical experience
- Experience working on custom or high-end homes
- Multiple trade skills (carpentry, tile, electrical or plumbing basics)
