As the ADON,you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
- Maintainingand implementing nursing policies and procedures that conform to currentstandards, the law, and our company's philosophy.
- Directing,evaluating, and training all nursing personnel with the help of the DON.
- Ensuringthe delivery of compassionate, quality care and nursing supervision.
- Performrounds to observe care and to interview staff, residents, families or otherinterested parties
Theideal candidate will possess the following:
- ValidIndiana LPN or RN License
- Twoyears of experience in a long-term care setting
- Highdegree of leadership and management skills
- CurrentCPR Certification
