Position Summary:
As a Restaurant Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily FOH operations across both the restaurant and bakery, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and team performance. This role combines operational leadership with hands-on guest service such as leading opening, midday, and closing procedures, setting the tone for the day, and transitioning into a host role during peak hours. You’ll serve as the face of hospitality, supporting seating flow, guest communication, and coordination with management, while maintaining the high standards and energy that define the Hellas experience.

What You Will Do:
- Set the tone each day by leading opening, midday, and closing routines.
- Greet guests warmly and ensure every experience feels authentic and valued.
- Oversee the dining room, host stand, bar, and bakery areas for cleanliness, flow, and presentation.
- Lead pre-shift meetings, deliver real-time coaching, and train the team on continuous development and service standards.
- Serve as the host during peak hours; managing seating rotation, waitlist accuracy, and large-party coordination through SevenRooms.
- Communicate clear wait times and ensure a smooth guest flow between the host stand, bakery, and dining room.
- Handle administrative duties such as but not limited to cash handling, server checkouts, daily reporting, and assisting with scheduling or feedback.
- Maintain health, safety, and food-handling standards across all FOH areas.
- Lead by example by arriving on time, in full uniform, ready to bring positive energy to every shift.
Key Qualifications:
- 2 years in a supervisory role. with 1 year of high-volume host experience.
- Calm, organized, and confident under pressure.
- Skilled communicator and natural problem solver.
- Familiar with POS systems like Aloha, Toast, or SevenRooms.
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
