Barista

We are currently looking for Full/Part Time Barista. If you love people, coffees, and desserts, this might be a great job for you! Come be part of an amazing team that is passionate about what they do.

Due to scheduling, we are currently looking for 18 years or older.

What do our Baristas do?

• Greet guests in a positive and friendly way.
• Take guest orders.
• Process orders through a POS.
• Box up orders for guests.
• Prepare beverages (coffees, milkshakes, soda, etc)
• Plate desserts.
• Keep the bakery clean and sparkling!

To be successful in this position, you will need to:

• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Know basic math to properly handle cash.
• Learn the products including how to do plating and make a variety of coffees and other beverages.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in a retail position is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates!
• Be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
