YOUR TASKS

Salary Range: $77,800-$82,000

Quality Control & Assurance

Develop and execute test plans, inspection procedures, and audits.

Monitor production processes and supplier materials for compliance.
Document and report defects, non-conformities, and quality issues.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify root causes.
Prepare reports and recommend process improvements.
Collaboration & Training
Work with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve issues.
Provide training on quality standards and protocols.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain quality documentation, including manuals and procedures.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
Customer Focus
Investigate customer complaints and assist in corrective/preventive actions.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 2–5 years in quality assurance or quality control.
Certifications: CQE, Six Sigma, or similar preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory standards.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality-related software.
