What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher/Porter position at Hell's Kitchen- MIA?
Our Porters are responsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Porter is responsible for trash removal from the kitchen as well as operation of the dishwashing machine. This role also assists in heavy cleaning duties including cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, small wares, pots/pans, and other special cleaning projects as assigned. This position may also require some food preparation.
