The Lead Trainer is capable of supervising the installation of worksites, identifying any non-compliant aspects of a worksite and can oversee/train other employees while in the field.

The Lead Trainer is capable of supervising the installation of worksites, identifying any non-compliant aspects of a worksite and can oversee/train other employees while in the field.
- Must be able to lift 80 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Must be able to stand for extended period of time (8 hrs)
- Ability to operate motorized hand tools and equipment
- Exhibit good judgment in the field, including safe work practices around live traffic and adhere to company policy at all times
- Ability to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements
- Must have forklift experience for loading/unloading materials
- Cooperative team player attitude
- Accurately fill out timecards, equipment installation tickets, read and implement traffic control plans
- Communicate effectively with both clients and other field staff
- Other duties as assigned by Branch Manager
- Required: High School Diploma, college courses preferred
- 2 years' experience in traffic control or related industry
- Must be able to work nights/weekends as requested
- Must be able to travel out of town as needed, provided ample notice is given
- Hourly pay based on experience. Overtime pay after 40 hours per week
