Job Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to copying, faxing, mail
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Assist HR with onboarding document processing
- Manage timekeeping for weekly payroll
- Initial point of contact for employees with any administrative issues
- Greet visitors
- Perform data entry with accuracy
- Answer phones promptly and use good judgement to prioritize the distribution of
- Ability to handle multiple projects and activities seamlessly
- Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
- Assist with overflow work from other departments/locations as needed
- Willingness to improve industry knowledge & learn new skills
- Dependable and self-driven
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
- Required: High School Diploma
- Preferred: Associate College Degree/some college
- 2 years of hands-on administrative support experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of standard office equipment
- Detail oriented
- Construction background a plus
- Hourly pay based on experience. Overtime pay after 40 hours per week
- Eligible for health insurance after 60 days
