Administrative Assistant

Position Overview

Quail Construction is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and executive leadership. This role is essential to maintaining organization, compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
• Perform filing and maintain accurate electronic and physical records
• Assist with certified payroll reporting and documentation
• Support fleet management by updating maintenance records and reviewing fuel reports
• Maintain and order office inventory
• Cross-Training with Billing department
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of administrative experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Construction or operations experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
