Job Overview: In this role, you coordinate both administrative in office time, with a balance of onsite leasing, so you should have general skills and knowledge in a variety of disciplines in, filing, Fair Housing laws, leasing, data entry, customer service, and fluid communication. You will be handling vendors and tenants daily, so strong problem solving, and communication skills are a must.
Residential Responsibilities:
- Emergency line – On Call
- Residential tenant communication and retention including monitoring Maintenance/Leasing email
- Regular filing, documentation, and auditing
- Onsite management of move outs/move ins
- Weekly property walks and inspections
- Delinquency processing
- Perform all other necessary tasks to assist and maintain the residential portfolio
Leasing Responsibilities:
- Conduct showings
- Maintain spreadsheets and reports for leasing, move outs, move ins, etc.
- Screen prospects and collect documentation for the application process
- Draft and send out lease documents and disclosures
- Send regular leasing updates
- Complete regular market analysis on lease rates and trends
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of basic property management laws and policies
- Fair Housing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
