Role Description
The Director, Early Career Strategy is a full-time, remote opportunity. This role is responsible for developing and executing people-centric strategies that align with business goals. Key responsibilities include leading talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. The role also involves fostering an inclusive workplace culture, managing HR policies and compliance, and providing strategic guidance on workforce planning. The Director will collaborate with leadership to drive performance management, employee development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement
- Proficiency in organizational development, performance management, and succession planning
- Experience designing and implementing HR policies, tools, and processes
- Strong background in leadership development, training, and coaching
- Proven ability to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in workplace culture
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
- Knowledge of US labor laws and HR compliance best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant HR certifications are a plus
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience with a focus on strategic initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization
