Position: Full-Time, 1st Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm)

What You'll Do:
As a key part of our production team, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating high-quality products by:
- Setting Up & Operating CNC milling machines to meet high production standards and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 regulations.
- Performing Quality Control to guarantee the excellence of every product, including deburring and inspecting for defects.
- Maintaining Safety & Cleanliness in the workspace, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
We want a driven individual who’s ready to take their CNC skills to the next level. Ideal candidates will have:
Education: A one-year certificate from a college or technical school.
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on CNC Milling set-up/operation.
Skills:
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Strong mechanical and math skills, with experience using tools like micrometers and calipers.
- Knowledge of calculating feed rates and speeds to optimize machine performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work well with diverse team members.
What to Expect in This Role:
- You’ll be on your feet for long periods (up to 10 hours/day) and should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
- You’ll work with various industrial fluids (coolants, oils, etc.) in a state-of-the-art facility.
