- Previous experience in compliance, workforce administration, licensing, HR, or construction administration preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working in a construction environment is a plus.
- Partner with the San Diego Compliance team to support project-specific compliance requirements.
- Assist new hires who are eligible for Iowa Journeyman license reciprocity and guide them through the application process.
- Track and monitor license applications, approvals, renewals, and expiration dates.
- Manage the Journeyman Referral Bonus Program, including tracking referrals, eligibility requirements, and payouts.
- Maintain accurate employee licensing and certification records.
- Communicate with employees, licensing agencies, and internal stakeholders regarding licensing requirements and deadlines.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates on licensing status, compliance metrics, and referral program activity.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with company procedures.
- Based on an active construction job site.
- Requires frequent interaction with employees, field leadership, and compliance personnel.
- Ability to walk long distances across large construction sites.
- Ability to work in loud and active construction environments while adhering to all site safety requirements.
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods throughout the workday.
- May require occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to move throughout the job site to meet with employees and conduct compliance-related activities.
