Helix Advanced Medicine is a Christian-based longevity and aesthetics clinic committed to root-cause, evidence-based care. We specialize in primary and internal medicine with advanced screening to prevent diseases and help patients reverse chronic conditions. We also offer specialized treatments including hormone optimization, peptide therapies, medical weight loss (GLP-1/tirzepatide), procaine therapy, and aesthetic procedures.

Position Type: Part-time or Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours Location: Greenwood/Bargersville area
Pay Based off experience
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care: IV therapies, blood draws/phlebotomy, vital signs, injections, and assistance with aesthetic/procedural services.
- Support patient testing, longevity assessments, education on protocols (hormones, peptides, nutrition, etc.), and follow-up.
- Handle front desk operations: patient intake, scheduling, check-in/out, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Document accurately in EMR software and maintain clinic flow.
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems, improve processes, and provide outstanding patient experiences.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in Indiana.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
- Required: Strong IV therapy experience and ability to draw blood (phlebotomy).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience with EMR software.
- Genuine interest and alignment with integrative/functional/longevity medicine.

- Excellent patient-facing communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
- Independent thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic setting.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
