This opportunity is with a financial services firm looking for a Sr. Registered Client Service Associate to join the team in Kenwood, OH. You will work closely with financial advisors to serve high-net-worth individuals and families.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain client management systems and ensure client information is up-to-date
- Educate clients on available services and capabilities; you will act as the first line of defense, providing exceptional assistance
- Assist with preparing reports and materials for client meetings
- Collect necessary documentation for opening new accounts and processing service requests
- Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
- Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities
The ideal candidate will have:
- Series 7 and 66 licenses
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
