What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Technician position at Helitech Waterproofing?
HELITECH is a family-owned and oriented company that has specialized in foundation services since 1987. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Technician to maximize opportunities with existing customers and ensure Helitech's best practices on all projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose foundation and waterproofing issues
- Diagnose warranty issues and make minor repairs as needed
- Provide clear solutions and recommendations to homeowners
- Manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
- Drive sales through trust, confidence, and customer satisfaction
- Consistently meet and exceed personal and team goals
- Daliy wrap ups and details uploaded into the system to record customer visits.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Pass Background Check

Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays at needed)
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime available
- Work Location: Kingdom City, MO
