Position Overview
Helios Graphics is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production & Packaging Associate to join our production team. This position plays an essential role in preparing custom printed products, promotional materials, branded merchandise, signage, and customer orders for shipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare custom printed products, promotional merchandise, signs, banners, and marketing materials for packaging and shipment.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, color consistency, proper labeling, and overall accuracy.
- Assemble packaging materials and securely package products to prevent shipping damage.
- Apply labels, packing slips, and shipping documentation accurately.
- Assist with sorting, organizing, and staging completed production orders.
- Operate basic production and packaging equipment following company procedures.
- Maintain organized inventory of packaging supplies and production materials.
- Support production staff with product assembly, finishing, and order preparation.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
- Follow quality control procedures and company safety standards at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and material organization as needed.
- Work collaboratively with production, design, customer service, and shipping teams to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, printing, packaging, fulfillment, or production is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills are helpful.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new production processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
