We are currently seeking Laborers.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, traveling, and building a long-term career in the utility and pipeline industry. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance and a willingness to learn have opportunities to grow into Operator, Survey Technician, Foreman, and other field leadership positions.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist crews with underground utility and pipeline construction projects.
• Perform excavation support, trenching, backfilling, grading, and site cleanup.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Assist with locating and exposing underground utilities.
• Work around excavators, hydrovacs, skid steers, and other heavy equipment.
• Install, repair, and maintain underground utility infrastructure.
• Follow company safety policies and participate in daily safety meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Travel extensively to project locations throughout the United States.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience.
• Experience in utility construction, pipeline construction, oil & gas, telecommunications, or excavation.
• Experience working around underground utilities.
• Hydrovac or vac truck experience is a plus.
• Heavy equipment experience (excavator, skid steer, loader, dozer, etc.) is preferred.
• Utility locating, directional drilling, or potholing experience is a plus.
• Military experience is welcomed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and participate in random drug testing.
• Subject to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and/or CFR Part 199.
• Ability to travel extensively and stay overnight for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
