Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sylvania, OH, for a Technical Sales Manager. Responsibilities include developing and managing client accounts, driving sales revenue through technical product promotion, providing technical support to clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves identifying customer needs, creating tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years Experience in Technical Sales and a proven ability to present product solutions effectively to prospective clients.
• Proficiency in Account Management and the ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
• Skills in Technical Support with the capacity to address and resolve technical inquiries and challenges.
• Strong capabilities in Sales and Customer Service with an emphasis on understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of IR, UV, or quartz glass products is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required to customer locations in North America as well as Trade Show Exhibitions. Travel is required and may be anywhere from 10-30% of total time.
