What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator position at Helios HVACR Services?
The Estimator Specialist will work with the Billing and Quoting team to verify parts pricing and availability, generate invoices, and submit those invoices to the client through their operating systems.

DAS compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $19/hour in our lowest geographic market up to $22/hour in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. AMS's compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
Job Duties:
- Review service call job card information to prepare accurate invoices or detailed quotes
- Work within specific time constraints pursuant to customer agreements (from time of receipt of paperwork to invoicing to completion of job)
- Enter unit model and serial number information into system to update internal system with most current asset information
- Be able to multitask various assignments during the same day
