About the Job:
As a skilled Cable Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of water and drainage sewage systems in the South Los Angeles area. This is a night shift position with a start time of 1:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clears blocked plumbing lines in commercial and residential buildings
- Provides drain cleaning services for grease lines, urinals, difficult access lines, back-to-back lines, damaged lines, ejector pumps, and sump pumps
- Repairs and maintains plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending burst pipes, and opening clogged drains
- Cuts openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
- Repairs plumbing fixtures, such as sink pipes, commodes, and garbage disposal unit pop-up assemblies and waste and overflows
Requirements:
- Basic mechanical knowledge needed
- Available during training on Wednesdays for instruction in Sun Valley office
- Available after training on Wednesdays for check-in in Sun Valley office
- Consistently at work and on time
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 200 pounds
Compensation:
Training pay starts at $20 per hour. After training, pay is $18 per hour, plus 27% commission on jobs completed. Compensation is based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
