We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with 0–2 years of experience to join our manufacturing team. This role will focus on troubleshooting electrical systems, supporting project-based initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on production equipment, systems, and controls.
- Support project-based work, including installation, commissioning, and upgrades of electrical systems.
- Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, mechanical, process engineering) to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Document troubleshooting steps, root cause findings, and corrective actions.
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of electrical modifications or improvements.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Provide technical support for day-to-day operations and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field from an ABET-accredited university.
- 0–2 years of relevant engineering experience (internship, co-op, or entry-level work in manufacturing preferred).
- Knowledge of electrical circuits, controls, and troubleshooting practices.
- Familiarity with PLCs, automation, or industrial electrical systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Salary : $45 - $50
