We’re looking for an Automation Engineer to support high-impact manufacturing projects focused on improving uptime, modernizing controls systems, and driving production efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working directly with equipment, not stuck behind a desk.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems (Allen-Bradley / Siemens)
- Support commissioning, startup, and integration of new equipment
- Diagnose and resolve controls and automation issues on production lines
- Work cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams
- Lead or support upgrades from legacy systems to modern PLC-based controls
- Improve system reliability, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
- 5 years of hands-on automation/controls experience in manufacturing
- Strong PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens)
- Experience with HMI/SCADA systems (Ignition is a plus)
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and controls systems in real time
- Experience with commissioning and project-based work preferred
- Comfortable being on the floor and owning problems start to finish
