Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume production welding on steel components
- Follow blueprints, schematics and work instructions
- Complete repetitive welding tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Meet production and safety expectations
- Participate in daily safety meetings and job briefings
- Communicate with supervisors regarding work orders and priorities
Requirements
- Welding experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Experience with MIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and attendance
