What You’ll Do
- Execute high-volume MIG welding on steel parts within a dedicated production cell
- Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and documented work instructions
- Carry out repetitive weld sequences while sustaining strict quality standards
- Achieve daily throughput goals and uphold all safety expectations
- Participate in daily safety meetings and job briefings to plan work safely
- Coordinate with supervisors on work orders, priorities, and line needs
