We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Support preventive maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment
- Perform basic troubleshooting on pneumatic systems (e.g., identifying worn seals, damaged hoses, and faulty valves)
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Assist senior technicians with daily maintenance and production support tasks
- Adhere to all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate issues clearly
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance environment
- Foundational knowledge of mechanical systems, including motors, gearboxes, and lubrication practices
- Familiarity with pneumatic systems and basic electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics
- Proficient with hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment
- Working knowledge of LOTO procedures
- Strong team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and develop skills
